I absolutely adore Luna Lovegood. Not only is she a Ravenclaw, but she is not afraid to be eccentric. She is bright, loving, kind, and endearing. And I love the actress who plays her, Evanna Lynch. She struggled with an eating disorder before doing Harry Potter. When reading the books, Evanna fell in love with the character of Luna, and wanted to play her in the movies. So she wrote to JK Rowling, who told her that if she got better, she would be allowed to play Luna Lovegood. So Evanna overcame her eating disorder in order to play the role. And this is why Luna is my favorite character ever.
